Whenever bargaining unit employees are jointly scheduled by University BOARD and University UNION exam take part during working hours in conferences, meetings or negotiations with recognize examination University Agreement, they shall suffer no loss in pay. The BOARD shall grant forty five appointed academics or PSRPs elected or appointed examination full time positions with University UNION, University Illinois Federation of Teachers, University American Federation of Teachers or University Chicago Federation of LaborIndustrial Union Council leaves of absence with out pay in increments of twelve calendar months for University purpose of accepting these positions upon acceptable software by University UNION. The BOARD shall extend those leaves in increments of twelve calendar months. Bargaining unit employees who are on leaves for Union enterprise may continue their health care and dental advantage insurance, so long as they pay University full cost of such coverage. Bargaining unit employees who’re on leaves for Union enterprise shall be approved examination pay University contributions required or permitted by law examination be made by University employee and University BOARD examination University Public School Teachers Pension and Retirement Fund of Chicago or University Municipal Employees Annuity and Benefit Fund of Chicago exam ensure that full credit for retirement purposes is granted for University time spent on such leaves of absence. Bargaining unit employees who are on leaves for Union enterprise shall proceed exam accrue seniority with University BOARD, and University leave of absence aren’t regarded quizzes break in provider.
